You will represent a global electronics company and within this support team you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from clients via phone, email and live chat.
Listening to the customer, answering their queries in a timely manner, administration, taking ownership of issues and problem solving will be part of your daily tasks.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in German
Good command of English
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and develop
Fully paid training will be provided.
