We are looking for a Release and Integration Manager.
 Position Description:
 Join our customers highly motivated and fast-moving internal project team, building a brand new web site, as a Release and Integration Manager. You will be part of a high-achieving team, working on optimal web technology to provide our company with a best in class web site.
 In this position, you will work as the Integration and Release Manager, in an iterative web development project, to deliver highest quality product software.
 You will take responsibility of day to day/or sprint to sprint release and integration activities in close co-operation with the development team and Test Manager.
  Main Responsibility areas include providing support to developers, producing release notes, metrics and other supporting documentation and managing release schedules. Sub areas include supporting the other areas of the team, with tasks needed on a day to day basis, all according to iterative Scrum development.
 Main Responsibility:
 • Plan and create the foundation for release and integration management of the new platform, in cooperation with stakeholders, and together with the project Test Manager
 • Plan SW Release activities, by coordinating with foremost project members, to some extent also company internal stakeholders and possibly off site suppliers
 • Manage SW Release content using tools and keeping close communication with stakeholders, identifying the risks and create risk mitigation plan, in close cooperation with the Content Manager
 • Releasing SW for the different release channels iteration based
 • Create, define and drive SW Release Process locally and align with global process as and when applicable
 • Managing the error back-log for the solution, helping development teams with error investigation and troubleshooting and providing information and metrics
 • Evaluate new tools, processes and strive for building competence in the area of Build and integration.
 • Prioritizing and analyzing errors and working together on error management with the Dev Lead and other internal stakeholders
 • Actively define and implement improvements in error management process
  Requirements:
 • Bachelor, Master or equivalent degree in Software Engineering or similar field is required.
 • 5 or more years of work experience in SW build, release, configuration management on platform.
 • Project management skills for planning and coordination.
 • Experience with debugging/tracing tools
 • Previous experience with SW configuration management tools
 • Wide knowledge of common programming and scripting languages
 • Enjoying working independently with little supervision
 • Very pragmatic, rigorous and diligent
 • Excellent communication and presentation skills
 
Working language: Excellent command on written and spoken English.
