Business Specialist

Your Responsibilities
Manage and support acquisition, partnering, divestment and potentially financing projects in BU Offshore, ensuring that they are delivered on time, quality and budget
Deliver support and coordination to transactions in all phases:
Help set up and structure the project
Steer external consultants and lawyers throughout the process
Prepare and perform due diligence
Prepare and coordinate or lead negotiations (price, conditions, transfer documents etc.)
Prepare and coordinate the internal discussion and approval processes
Build and maintain market knowledge and networks (includes relations to other developers, potential investors, banks, brokers etc.)
Steer, support and advice the different parts of the offshore organisation in commercial and financial transactions during project development
Support other Business Units of Vattenfall’s Business Division Renewables (Onshore Wind, biomass) with their M&A transactions
Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or comparable education, MBA desirable
Several years of experience in M&A
Experience in leading teams across functions, units and countries
Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
Experience in the wind energy or renewable energy sector desirable
Experience in working in an international environment
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to function well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving and experience of driving complex projects
High commitment
